Our landlords just finished their part of the build-out (it's called a "white box" - stripped down floors and white walls... oh the possibilities!) and granted us the "certificate of occupancy," which means we get to -finally- move in and get down to business. The fellas may not want to hear it, but it's often so very true: behind every great man is a strong woman. And these fierce and fiesty boutique girls are going to make sure Atlanta's men have a great place to save money, make money, and shop smart!

Stephanie, manager of Finders Keepers Boutique, sent me an email in the middle of the day yesterday, which was very strange because she's almost always too busy to email me when the store is open. When I opened the email I saw why: she'd just accepted amazing new items on consignment, including autographed Manolos, Christian Louboutins, a velvet Armani duster, and a Prada handbag! On Saturday I texted Stephanie to see how the day was going. Her response: an email that should've been wrapped with a shiny bow: pictures and descriptions of newly arrived inventory that I'm certain had her drooling all over the keyboard! Christian Louboutin, Louis Vuitton, Coach, Armani, Badgley Mischka, and more. Her personal favorite: a brand-spankin-new pair of Givenchy heels. I saw them with my own eyes on Monday: 4 inch heels with triple mary-jane straps that decorate an ankle with carefully crafted perfection; the glassy, smooth, nobody's-ever-taken-a-step-in-me soles are deliciously caramel in color and so shiny I could see my reflection in them... and this is a SHOE!
